Service Request SR-rm-022 - Part 1
This paper will define each of the key stakeholders or stakeholder groups in Riordan Manufacturing who provide requirements for the service request; explain two information gathering methods used in future projects, identify two elements required to guarantee that the information required for the project is gathered effectively, define the scope of the project by postulating business functions involved in the project, describe the project’s operational, technical, and economic feasibility areas assessed in the SDLC analysis phase summary. Key Stakeholders

Riordan Manufacturing has many stakeholders and most of them would remain significant to the revolution and would achieve the importance of those who can use the new system are also known of its importance. The stakeholders include CEO Michael Riordan, Executive Assistant Jan McCall, SVP-RD Kenneth Collins, COO Hugh McCauley, VP international operations Charles Williamson and the IT service managers. Furthermore, before the feedback and amendments according to the information gathering steps are finalized, individual users of the final app will be consulted for advice. Information-Gathering

The completion requires a collection of information and then categorized into eight parts that assure the system and processes are practical and is accountable to the demand set by SR-rm-004 (Mochal, 2008). Below the process is broken down and each step can be repeated and / or removed. These steps are not requirements, and can occur in any order. 1. Single panel interview: This is a method where information is obtained through a one-on-one basis with the stakeholders and receiving ways to accomplish the end goal. 2.
