Servant Leadership Thesis

Like you, I am very passionate about leadership. My first proposed dissertation topic was “Servant Leadership.” At my Residency, I was encouraged to change it to “Teachers' perceptions of disabled and "ESL" students in urban schools; impact on families.” Though I am not writing on servant leadership, I can still incorporate the servant leadership philosophy to my current topic. For example, researchers present a vision for school leadership to serve culturally better and linguistically diverse (CLD) students (Reynolds, 2015).
