PSYCH 100 “SELF REFLECTION” As a human who exist in this world I also feel what are my greatest strengths and where it comes from. My greatest strength is my willingness to learn and practice new things every day, so that I can keep my confidence and be better at the things that I face and do. I think of positive points when I try to do something new, rather than thinking about the negatives, and focusing on the positive gives me more confidence and hope that I can achieve things successfully. My greatest strength also is that I can thrive under pressure, being patient and optimistic because I know that everything is happening for a reason and it's going to pass. I am also eager to learn from others' mistakes I keep on motivating myself in every situation and with the passage of time, I improve. I am capable of learning from others. I want to move ahead towards perfection by learning, especially through my experiences and interaction with people and one of my strength also is to learn from my past mistakes and to ask for a fresh start to our Almighty God who gave all this things to me. There are things that I really enjoy while doing and one of it is playing keyboard and guitar. I like to play those instruments because it makes me feel relax while listening to the sound it produced. I like also to observe things in my day and write it on my journal. I like also to read books and one of my favorite book to read is the Bible because it is the word of God that inspires me to do good things to help others. I also enjoy watching movies that give lessons to learn and share and I also enjoy serving people and teaching children in our church. I also enjoy playing with them just like my childhood time. I think one of most endearing qualities a person can possess is genuiness. When you meet a genuine person they tend to look you directly in the

As a group, we were able to inform the group of men, with information that they would be able to think about and remember as they continue on with their lives. After DOF, we headed to Goodwill. As we spent time with the clients at Goodwill, I hanged out at one of the tables, where I spent some time looking at semi-truck photos with a client. It was nice spending some time with the client and getting to see the kind of photography he likes. The last part of clinical took place at Heartland Senior Center. At Heartland, we had the chance to complete assessments on two clients and practice writing progress notes. The clinical day was a success as I learned new things, had fun at Goodwill, and practiced my assessment skills.…

I came from a family where education wasn’t important. The community, working hard and making a living were the important aspects of life. Learning style and school were the furthest things from my mind. However, once I started high school it all changed, I realized I had a dream to pursue.…
