Describe in detail how YOU contributed to the team/ team goals and overall outcome:
The first thing that I did to help out the team was do the 2-D model for the elevator pitch. I got that done first thing Monday so my other teammate can continue and start on the 3-D model, so she can have an idea as to what the outcome layout of the inflatable will be. Next, I helped Jessica calculate the budget and measurements of the area where our inflatable will be for final critique day and how much plastic we will need to buy for the project. I listened thoughtfully and was being enthusiastic in the support of my team’s ideas if warranted. I took the initiative to share my own ideas and do so respectfully.

She helped make sure that everyone was able to meet and exceed goals and objectives of the project. She created meeting times and work days so everyone can make it and do their part of the project. We had a blast on the day of the event! Lot of students came to our inflatable and loved it! We all had positive attitudes and smiles all day to visitors that wanted to take a journey into our utopia.
Specific Individual Evaluation:

Jessica was the leader of the group. She got things done when they needed to be done. Sara and I were basically the betas of the group. If Jessica wasn’t there, Sara and I worked together to help and make progress on the utopia. Cassandra was the quiet, easy-going team member that would be help out when needed if a task needs an extra hand to
