• International benchmarking: International benchmarking typically refers to analysing high performing education systems and identifying ways to improve our own system based on those findings. It helps business to improve their performance when they compare themselves with other businesses performing better and it makes the business know where they have to improve in order to get on top of benchmarking.
• Mean: Mean is the average of the numbers. It is found by adding all the numbers and then dividing it with the number of observations. It helps to find the average which makes it easier to understand the given data and make reports upon it. Mean is used as in statistics to find the answer when there are many confusing figures.
