Screencast O-Matic Program Report
I would make my professional development workshop on how to use the Screencast-o-Matic program. This program is very useful and can use for many purposes. It allows users for recording any actions on their computers. It gives users many options for video recording whether by recording their webcam, computer screen or both. Also, I will open a discussion for sharing experiences. These are some of the questions that I would call in the session: Do you often show your students video on the YouTube? How your students react with the video? Do you think video helps them to understand the lesson? Do videos that you find it online satisfy you or do you wish if you have the skills to create your own?

I would tell them the features that provided in the free version of the software. I would tell them which features are available in the upgrade version.
5- Provide learning guidance
I would show them on the smart board how they use this program step by step. I would show the teachers how they can upload the program, I would tell them how they start their recording, how they can use features that available in the program. How they can save their recording as a video file. Also, I am going to explain to them how they can create a YouTube channel. Then, I would show them how they can upload their recording on YouTube. After that, I would show them an example of a lesson that created using this screencast-o-matic.
6- Elicit performance
I am going divided the teachers into groups and give them 5 minutes to practice creating a YouTube channel. Then, I would ask them if they have any difficulty or they are stuck in some parts. After that, I would pair teachers and ask them to create a one-minute tutorial using
