SLC …………….. College
SLC, commonly known as a iron gate of our secondary level of study. I also came through same iron gate from KMC school .during slc examination time I could see all the students well dressed up with red tika on their forehead and their guardian wishing them everybody say that SLC is most hardest exam in school level .after I gave my exams I realized that it was the most easiest exam that I had ever appeared. People are just making SLC exam as an iron gate. I heard that exam during plus 2 are more harder than school level and SLC exam, then those exams also should be considered as diamond gate. In fact it is just beginning of our real life and real test of becoming a successful person. People don’t understand the fact that slc is just like normal exam. They don’t understand that making students cheat and pass the exam leads them to bright future. Students get good marks by cheating during exams and parents become happy. Even the student who fails in many subject during school exams get distinction in SLC. So the value of distinction has decreased.
After the result of SLC got published I was shocked to see my scores .it was really unexpected marks ,I couldn’t believe on myself that I got such a less marks . I hoped that I could secure more than 85% but my percentage was just 80.75. i was very upset with myself that I couldn’t even get 85% in such a easy exam. Then I decided that I will do my best in my college and make my parents happy. My friends who were less talent than me got more marks than me. I felt shy to even say my marks to other people. Once I thought to recheck my marks but I decided to get good marks in college.
Then all the students were called in farewell program .my teachers also said that I got unfair marks. Then the suggested me different college to study. Again another problem rose about which college to study. So I started to search colleges with my friends. Firstly I went to St Xavier’s college and brought its entrance

Today’s generation teenager who is in the pivotal level of school life – class XII, has to go through multiple dilemmas, and has many concerns which probably a teenager, couple of generations ago did not have. CBSE and its new grading system, schools with their modern IT (or other innovative) teaching pedagogy, peer and parental influence – are few things which are probably constantly influencing the student Also the criticality of this stage of a student’s life is more acute considering the fact that scores achieved in these exams are considered very important for getting into university, professional courses or training programs, and even possibly in finding employment. .
