THE SATISFACTION OF STUDENTS TOWARDS THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES PROVIDED AT LIBRARY OF UNGKU OMAR POLYTECHNICDear valued respondents,We are third year students pursuing a Diploma in Accounting in Commerce Department of Ungku Omar Polytechnic, Ipoh. We are conducting a survey to complete a project for PB605 – Business Research. The survey is about the satisfaction of students towards the services and facilities provided in library of Ungku Omar Polytechnic. The purpose of this survey is to identify the satisfaction level of students towards the services and facilities.
