Production of Electronic Components and Systems for Body & Security and
Electronic Brake Systems

Company Profile
Introduction
At present, Continental Automotive Systems claim to be the international automotive industry’s leading partner. This achievement can largely be attributed to the development of two companies - Teves and Temic - whose exemplary performance and innovative skills were brought together in 2001 under one roof as part of Continental
Automotive Group.
Despite their widely differing origins, the history of both companies is bound up with numerous pioneering developments and technologies, especially in the area of automotive engineering. The know-how of Teves in the field of brakes and chassis components and Temic’s specialization in electronic control units led early on to collaborative work in developing electronic braking and stabilization systems. Due to the rapid growth in the significance of electronically controlled systems

It is mainly oriented in employee’s motivation and happy working environment. So we would like to follow the same strategies with some small amendments, which mean we will include extra motivations like paid tour, free employee’s family visit to Alpine inn & suites without any expenses and the main one is an additional insurance coverage for staff’s family members. According to human resource department we will include a bit new strategy with our customary one that is we will implement a kind of healthy competition among employees. To be more precise each department will be given the profit report of other one and on the basis of that they can improve their performance in a healthy way and of course this would not be a strict to follow motivational strategy it should be up to staff’s discretion. And the new but very effective change in our management plan for entire Alpine group is we will do meetings ones in week which will include all the managers and supervisors from both Dawson Creek and Fort Nelson. For our next working year we like to add two more marketing managers for Fort Nelson branch to concentrate particularly for skiing and paragliding. Our next one is a bit competitive that is we are going to use the weak points of our competitors in Fort Nelson because it’s our new entry over there so in order get rooted in Fort Nelson we must to pop up our exceptional paragliding amenities for more…

During high school, I committed most of my free time to my NJROTC unit and my 4-H club. In both of these organizations, community service, leadership, citizenship, and initiative are indispensable values that are essential to their functioning, and I like to think I have learned to embody these traits. In 4-H, I have attended, and then went on to teach, numerous leadership and group trainings. In NJROTC, I attended the Area 5 Leadership Academy, graduated as the Second Honor Cadet of the 2014 Academy, and was selected to be an Aide for the 2015 Academy. I held, or currently hold, leadership positions in both organizations and I feel I set a good example for my peers and subordinates. Through any task, I am enthusiastic about my job and…

Pre-O helped me transition because it helped me make friends before classes started. While everyone else were attempting to make new friends the students of Pre-O already formed bonds and found friends. It also helped me become familiar with the campus. The rest of the incoming freshmen were struggling during orientation because they didn't have the advantage that we did. They asked us all types of questions such as 'Where is Modlin?', 'What is the quickest way to get back to the dorms?', and so on. All in all, it was just a nice feeling to be able to knowledgeable and not have to struggle with new surroundings.…

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) a bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement to achieve most positions in promotions, advertising, and management within the field of entertainment. The BLS also recommends courses that focus on business law, management, economics, finance, or accounting to be the most relevant courses in the field. Some universities offer business concentrations for entertainment management, such as California State University of Fullerton, and University of California, Los Angeles. The concentrations typically possess core courses, such as Entertainment Money Management, Entertainment Business, Entertainment Law, Entertainment Operations, and Tourism Management (Fraser & Tarantino, 2010). Most of these courses are very similar to their general management and marketing counterparts, but with an emphasis in either the media side or hospitality side of the entertainment industry.…

Over the past several weeks I have particularly been struggling with informal practice sessions. I was frustrated because initially I was not able to understand why I found the self-guided, informal practical gatherings with other students challenging. I felt reasonably confident with the content and with my anatomy, yet when it came to taking what I had learnt in the practical sessions and applying them informally, particularly palpations and accessory movement tests I felt lost. I found it difficult to simply watch the self-learning guide videos provided by Marilyn and put it straight into practice on a fellow student. Though the visual instructions seemed fairly straightforward, I was nervous to be the first person to put it into practice,…

As I shut off the alarm I look at the clock: 4:30 AM. I jump into my car and drive to Vital EMS in Worcester for a fourteen-hour shift as an EMT. When I arrive at the central base my partner and I are quickly dispatched to the residence of a 50-year-old male for an unknown medical complaint. As we drive to the scene with lights and sirens, I know that it is imperative to remain calm and immediately begin to allocate tasks. Upon arrival, I rush out of the ambulance and grab the emergency response bag, an oxygen tank, and a defibrillator. We enter the residence and encounter the patient lying on the couch complaining of chest pain and presenting with an inadequate oxygen saturation and increased breathing rate. I immediately realize that he may…
