Hi Dr.Lee,

This is Jiahui Wu (Ivy), from your summer 2017 biostat 100A.

I'm a senior student majoring in physiological science, and I'm applying to physical therapy(PT) schools. I hope that you could include your recommendation the dedication that I demonstrated in your class. My earliest program's deadline for submission will be on 10/16/2017 at 8:29 PM (PT), so it should be completed by this deadline ideally.

I would like to thank you in advance for your time and assistance. I've attached the information that you may need to submit the letter. I enjoyed your class as I got more exposure to statistics and the health care field. More importantly, like you said, it was based on practical considerations, which helped understand the materials

    When I was pregnant with Aaron I gained 40 lbs. (I am 5'0" and normally hover around 100lbs.) As a result of my rapidly expanding belly, I pulled some muscle on my left hip, which remained very painful for quite some time after he was born.
