Sainsbury's Strengths And Weaknesses
Strength:
I am a critical thinker, I use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions. For example, I help my mum to run her small commerce by anticipating possible economic and human consequences that may lead to an increase in sales and a reduction in cost. As there is a huge demand for Ivorian food products within African communities in the UK, I am constantly putting together a series of marketing tactics to get the word out about my mothers' food products, I also create opportunities for customers to taste a range of products at special events.

Weakness: my performance review whilst working at Sainsbury went very well, I had been working there for two years before going away to university. I
