Safe Place

To most people photography might be a hobby or just to take regular pictures. But to me photography is my safe place. Photography is the one activity that will let me get away from stress, school work, and hectic life style. It is a place where i only have to worry about my creative ideas and capturing them in the form of visualization. Working on a photography project is like entering a different world for me. It’s a world where I don’t have to worry about people telling me what to do and how to do it, any personal problems, or anything else for that matter. There are so many different kinds of photography carriers, for example, wedding photography, family portrait, food photography, fashion photography, and fine art photography to name a few. With each category, it’s like a whole new experience. You can capture any moment that your heart desires. I love to focus my skills, my time, and my effort into fine art photography. I find peace and sense of freedom when I’m working on a photo concept or capturing that concept. Most people think photography is not a career that does not come with great income but personally I love photography not for its money and perks rather for the feelings it gives me when I take pictures, capturing beautiful moment, and telling stories using visual representation. Photography has always been my passion. Photography helps my idea, imagination, and concept come to life. Photography is a way that I express my feelings and emotions through visualization when I cannot execute those emotions and feelings by writing. Photography can help express sad and stressful feelings by taking a pictures that has very dark and high contrast colors image to create a picture that carries a dark mood. Photography helps me feel safe knowing that I can capture a memorable moment so I can carry it with me for the future, and capturing moment in time where it won’t reverse.
