Smith Consulting has been retained in order to develop a functional and effective Frequent Shopper program for Kudler Fine Foods. Kudler Fine Foods has decided that it is in its best interest to implement this type of new marketing plan in order to build customer loyalty. The program will allow the shoppers at Kudler Fine Foods to earn points based on the purchases they make. These points will allow consumers to earn high end rewards. Kudler Fine Foods has specified to Smith Consulting that the desired program must be easy for the customers to understand and participate in. The reward points must be set as a reasonable limit for both the merchant and the consumer and available for redemption of items that are considered "high-end." When I think about consulting prior to this class I had a little knowledge about it I have more insight now after I started reading Flawless Consulting by Peter Block who seemed to have a great sense of humor in the first chapters. I only knew the concept of consultant on my experiences as a fashion consultant which I think it is totally different from what I am going to learn from this course. However I think there is similarities to them for instance, they both require a high level of communication with clients, the art of giving your opinion and ideas on the situations at hand, you work hard to show evidence of success that your work actually paid off, you do your best to make your clients happy and you got the ability to understand client’s expectation and match them and that leads to also the ability to match the deadlines. Theses are crucial skill for consulting firms or consultants in general I think.…

My goal is to introduce you to behavior in organization (and of organizations) in a way that stresses you personal behavioral skill development.
