If you have ever thought about losing weight, you have likely come across some unbelievable claims. The promise of extreme weight loss through a magic supplement or crazy diet plan is tempting. Unfortunately, many of these unverified claims are unhealthy and dangerous. The real deal involves some hard work and determination. But once you get started, you will be wondering why you did not try it sooner. If you want to strengthen your body and mind, all while losing weight, the secret is running.

Running is great for the health of your entire body. Once you experience your first successful run, the feeling becomes addicting. It changes your entire outlook on life. You will wake up earlier, feel more refreshed, and have better focus throughout the day. Running at least three times a week will also encourage you to eat a healthier diet. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, and other clean foods will fuel your body. A healthy diet will lead to more endurance and energy while you run. Your entire relationship with food will change.
