I also believe that Christian employees should be leaders who display characters that reflect business ethics that are pleasing to God. Being an honest employee and working hard will provide a trusting relationship with the leaders and those under their leadership. Business leaders must treat their employees, customers, and others with dignity in Christian ethics. Christian business leaders must always count on God’s guidance for the business.
