Communication is a highly important aspect of the IB Learner Profile. These people who have obtained the attribute are individuals who were willing to share their thoughts with others and make those and especially themselves grow as a result. There were several instances which demonstrated how Ronald Reagan was a communicator. Finally, Ronald Reagan was a great risk-taker. A risk-taker, one of the ten attributes listed in the IB Learner Profile, is an individual who is willing to take chances and make mistakes to become successful in life. When comparing R In total, Ronald Reagan has the qualities of an IB learner because, in his lifetime, he was principled, a communicator, and a risk-taker. As many other people on this world, he achieved those attributes and in the end, had a successful life. The traits of the IB Learner Profile, which are inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-takers, balanced, and reflective, are very important. The IB Learner Profile will guide students to have a successful future and overall life, potentially leading to great impacts that can change the world for the greater

    In this portfolio I will describe and discuss my intrapersonal effectiveness with using the feedback of questionnaires which is about Schutte’s Emotional Intelligence Scale and Kolb Learning Inventory Quick Activity. These questionnaires are based on the following two theory concepts; Experiential Learning Theory (ELT) (Kolb, 1984) and Emotional Intelligence (Fineman, 2003) These theoretical concepts will also be involved throughout the whole portfolio with the result of these two questionnaires to provide evidences for my further comments and justifying my scores. My emotional intelligence score was 30.2 which show that I have certain high emotional intelligence. In regard to Kolb Learning Inventory Quick Activity, two highest scores I got are 11 and 16.
