Road Rage
Road rage is an aggressive behavior that should be taken seriously. People who are victims of this may be seriously injured or killed by these aggressive drivers. These driers may give rude gestures, verbal insults, and drive in an unsafe or threatening manor. They may be caused by environmental factors, someone being careless while driving, and territorial defensiveness. The major causes of road rage are linked to environmental problems, for example traffic congestion, the weather, noise levels, and time constraints. The weather conditions may cause people to avoid an object in the road and swerve into on-coming traffic. When they are driving it may be hard to see which could result in them going slower to make sure it’s safe, but that will also lead to a back up. Next, the noise levels could cause someone to get distracted and slowly go into the other lane and hit another car or go off the road and hit a tree. Lastly, if someone has a certain time that they have to be some where they will speed. To get there in time, yet this may cause an accident because they are only focused on getting there on time and not the people and things around them which can be very dangerous. …show more content…
For example when someone is switching lanes on the high-way but they don’t check the cars around them to make sure that they will avoid hitting them. Or when someone is in a hurry to get some where and they pass a vehicle on a two lane road but if they only have a short amount of time to get by to avoid hitting an on coming vehicle. They go as fast as possible and cut directly in front of them just missing there front bumper. Well in since they were dumb enough to do that the person driving the car is going to get furious and that will cause them to have road
