DISCUSSION QUESTION 1:
What are three tasks Riverpoint Writer may assist you with when writing a paper?
Riverpoint Writer assists me by adjusting page margins, spacing and by creating a title page.

How do you think this tool may assist you as a student?
As a student, Riverpoint Writer can assist me by quickly creating necessary information on my essays. The ability to “type and go” with this tool is great! Also, since it creates references and allows me to insert citations I believe it will help me to submit papers that are organized and within guidelines.

DISCUSSION QUESTION 2:
What do you think are the two most valuable tools in the CME for you as a student? Explain why.
The two most valuable tools in the CME for me would be the Running start and the Math Anxiety. The Anxiety portion will help me get over the math jitters. It has been awhile and some math subjects are not my favorite. The Running Start programs will help me as a student to understand what is going on and being discussed.

One of the most important items on their agendas is that they must complete tasks. They feel that it is important for their success. Many of the emotions and feelings that others experience, have no impact on their lives. I have worked with this particular leader for only eleven months now. She was my principal who not only displayed zero tolerance for disciplinary issues with students, but, with the teachers as well. I felt nervous when I worked with her. It was awful! In many of the staff meetings, she simply dictated orders to the staff. It was not pleasant to be a part of this team during this time. If she were asked to define her style of leadership, I think she would say it was simply participative. She could not see that it was a difficult situation to say the
