INTRODUCTION
The main aim of the assignment is to outline the application of Risk Assessment procedures to a Domiciliary Care Services in services user Home and outline in the process the relevant legislations that must be adhered to with regard to its practical application to a workplace environment such as a Domiciliary Care Services. In a Domiciliary Care services we have to follow so many different law and legislation as a number of abuse reported and some service user even died.

The house is a Council owned property and the practice of health and safety on the house is a priority not only for the health of the employees but also with consideration to the service user health and Safety as well as to live in the society with respect and dignity and also feel safe while receiving the community services.

In line with health and social care business, the care worker try to ensure all legislative requirements are adhered to with regard to personnel and their activities, equipment and operations, and the internal and external environment while they provide personal care services. It is their duty to identify all risk associated with their day to day jobs. APASENTH as an employer, we carry out a risk assessment for each of our client, where we also consider the following issues i.e. human, occupational, organizational and environmental factors respectively. For example, an employee with burns sustained from cooking (occupational), or working in low temperature house conditions (environmental), or mistakes or incidents resulting from carelessness, complacency, horseplay or working under the influence of substances (human) are to a large extent the main causes of health problems, harm or injuries to people or damage to equipment or environment. The need for the existence of a risk assessment procedure, which is implemented in the workplace, is predicated on reducing these factors to provide a healthy and safe working environment.
