With the seventh installment of Star Wars coming this month I figured it would make a good topic. This video talks about a popular new conspiracy theory where the character Jar Jar Binks was supposed to become the Sith lord instead of Palpatine. It makes some very convincing points. The clumsy character seems to find his way into some very powerful positions. This might have happened due to control of the force. Clips from the video show him flicking his wrists and while talking to lead characters. These conversations happened at crucial times during the film, and they all ended in the sith’s favor. The creator of the video believes he is using Jedi mind trick to sway the plot in his favor. The creator…

Anakin Skywalker was a Force-sensitive human male who served the Galactic Republic as a Jedi Knight, and later the Galactic Empire as the Sith Lord Darth Vader. Believed to have been conceived by the Force, he was born to Shmi Skywalker into a life of slavery on the Outer Rim world of Tatooine. He and his mother both belonged to a Toydarian junk dealer named Watto. At a young age, Skywalker was discovered by Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi Wan Kenobi, who freed Anakin from slavery and brought the boy into their community; hailing Skywalker as the Chosen One of Jedi prophecy, destined to defeat the Sith and bring balance to the Force.…

I went from being a shop owner to being a slave in the Roman the town I lived in. Becoming a slave changed how I viewed life. When I was a shop owner, I had a feeling of accomplishment, but now, I cry myself to sleep as I was constantly in pain. I usually was a slave for a Roman shop owner carrying out the everyday business transactions, but after the Roman city of Rome burned down, I was put in a group of other slaves whose sole purpose was to be unskilled labor for the construction of Domus Aurea or “The Golden House," (Anderson 1997 52) for the Roman emperor Nero Claudius Caesar Drusus Germanicus (Adkins 1994 21) who we normally refer to as “Nero.” Once I was put into this group of slaves, I experienced many beatings and had to do a lot of grueling work (Anderson 1997 124). My main job was to assist another slave who was a bricklayer. I had to haul the bricks up the Palatine hill along with having to carry the cement and bricks up the shaky ladder to another slave who was a bricklayer.…

The title of the movie is significant because we automatically learn a Jedi will return somewhere. In the text crawl, it explains, Luke Skywalker has returned to his home planet of Tatooine to rescue Han Solo from Jabba the Hutt. The opening scene has C3PO and R2D2 in a desert type atmosphere talking about Jabba the Hutt. These characters’ help bring rational thought to what is going during the movie. C3PO tells R2D2 that if he explained the things he has heard about Jabba the Hutt R2D2 would short circuit. After hearing that we understand Jabba the Hutt is a villain.…

In the article “ The force in ‘Star Wars’ is stupid and immoral” written by Ben Shapiro He states that “The vision of the force in the star wars galaxy is morality free its feelings centered wich another way of saying “selfish” who cares about your feelings?” I think the point of the force is that the light side is about using it to help others, and the dark side is about using it for yourself.…

It is clearly evident that Star Wars episodes 2 and 3 draw a definitive line between ‘morality’ and ‘depravity’. It can be argued that Anakin Skywalker’s turn to the dark side, and Palpatine’s twisted manipulations undoubtedly showcase moral corruption, which can be compared to Padmé Amidala, who embodies a moral and loyal figure.…

Well the question I get all the time is, did you ever expect it to be so successful? I did think it would be successful because it was a fantasy that had a sense of humor. I thought it was hilarious. It's amazing how warm people are. I'm always taken a back because they make you feel like you’re part of the family. Now that stories, you know I met my wife online for Empire Strikes Back or whatever like you named my daughter Leia or you know everyone has a personal story. A line I said in the first one that now has been in all of them, I don't know about Rogue one I've only seen that once I have a very bad feeling about this or I have a bad feeling about this. Darth Vader is a great example of someone that many people consider evil, but they are wrong. When looked at from the viewpoint of an existentialist his actions are innocent. Existentialist believe that only their personal existence matters. They feel as though they have the freedom to do whatever they please just because they have the ability to do it. Based on this reasoning Grendel, a character from John Gardner’s novel Grendel, can not be evil, he merely acts because he has the ability to do so.…

    - England’s hold on the colonies weakened between 1700 and 1775 because the administration of colonial affairs remained decentralized and inefficient. There was no colonial office in London. There was a mere advisory body that had little role in any actual decisions. Real authority rested in the Privy Council, the admiralty, and the treasury, but these agencies were responsible for managing laws at home as well as overseas; no one could concentrate on colonial affairs alone. The character of the royal officials in America also weakened England’s hold on the colonies because most of these officeholders were not able and intelligent. Appointments generally came as results of bribery or…
