It was Rightious and Leftious! They demanded answers, but Zeus denied having any knowledge of Heras scheme. After a mere couple of minutes, the pair had grown tired of Zeus. They snapped together like a Lego brick and began choking Zeus. The struggle was not long, for Zeus perished only a minutes later. Just seconds later,(and with impeccable timing of course) Hera burst through the chamber doors to discover her dead spouse. She cackled at the corpse. Leftious and Rightious looked at each other...confused. Hera told them this had been her plan all along. To frame the two for Zeus murder. They’d done the dirty work, now it was time to be punished. Hera, beside her were the other mighty gods, banished Leftious and Rightious to the Underworld. Her reasoning, to cause suffering and plague the pair with an eternal nightmare. Leftious and Rightious were cast into the Underworld, floating down the scorching Styx River. They received a warm greeting from Hades, who placed them into a bottomless

All throughout our lives we have had to balance school with whatever important thing was going on at that time. In elementary school it was easy. We had to balance school and play time. In middle school it was a little more difficult because we had to balance school, our friends and the occasional relationship. High school was when it became a little tricky because it was when most of us got our first job. We then had to balance our job, friends, relationships, and school. We somehow managed to balance all of these things throughout our lives until college came along. College is a transition period for many students, most of which must learn to balance work, friends, serious relationships, and financial debt.…

Nearly half (47%) of all illegal border crossings into the U.S. occur along the Arizona border with Mexico. As the state with the most illegal crossings t the United States/Mexico border, its remote and dangerous deserts are the entry point for thousands of Mexicans and Central Americans(Cooper). The non-native citizen population has grown rapidly in this area. Arizona had an estimated 460,000 illegal immigrants in April 2010, a figure that had increased fivefold since 1990.(Cooper). Illegal immigration, like most other issues has an upside and a downside. On the upside, there is a steady workforce for the labor industry (agriculture, construction, etc.), and the service industry (restaurants). The agricultural industry in Arizona is comprised of 59% immigrants, the construction industry is made up of 27% workers not native to the United States, and the service industry is populated by 22% foreign born employees. On the downside, illegal immigration brings its share of problems including crime, poverty, uncirculated funds (pay not reintroduced into the economy in which it was originated), and an overburden on social services. It is the latter that sparked the now controversial Senate Bill 1070 that effectively closes the border to all but the few lucky enough to obtain legal status.…

All my life I have searched for outdoor profession involving human remains and settlements that could satisfy my curiosity. Then, I met a person that is so dedicated to such a profession that I had no knowledge about. As to knowing her since I have been under her wing for two years, I could say that she is a very skillful person in the field of archaeology. Her name is Jolie Liston, from Texas, a 7th generation Texan. All her life since age 23, has been doing archaeology because she loved doing outside work. Now age 53 and has achieved her Ph.D. on this type of field (Liston2/7/13,Liston2/12/13). With the 2 years of work and training with her, I finally made a hard decision because I had two choices, be in the military or outdoor profession which I wanted. With all her lectures and teachings about archaeological dig and investigating past histories, my interest grew more and captured me right there. I would say that Jolie is nothing compared to others out there. There are great accomplishments that she accomplished in Palau before she left the island. All based on her discoveries on field were publicized and taught to the people, also helped with preserving some of the very old cultural sites. With the archaeology skill she possesses, I have been inspired to walk the same path and start out by going to higher education to pursue a future field goal.…
