Ricky Johnson's Aggressive Behavior
Ricky Johnson is a name many students and parents have come to know. His name brings fears to students who cross his path. Though only in the 1st grade, his reputation as the class bully has been cemented. Ricky’s behavior is unpredictable and aggressive. One day, in order to show his dominance over his peers, Ricky decides to “call out” his classmates to a physical fight. To all the students this seemed irrational, to Ricky, it was one step closer to the class bully legacy he so desires. Ricky starts punching any classmate in his path. Fortunately for his classmates, Mr. Washington, the school’s security guard see his aggressive behavior and puts an end to it.

Mr. Washington brings a kicking and screaming Ricky to the main office to face the repercussions for his actions. While in the main office, Ricky states that Mr. Washington held him down and let another student named John Petterson punch him. These were strong allegations heard by the school counselor and nurse. Knowing Ricky’s reputation, they don’t take his word and decide to bring in John to get his side of the story. When John arrives in the main office, he states that Ricky’s story is true.

Henry, the school principal, arrives and gets all the stories of the parties involved. Mr. Washington stated that the only reason John punched Ricky was because he was holding Ricky to further prevent him punching any other students. He also states that he’s been an employee of the district for 25 years and would never put the safety of students in harm's way. Ricky and John both state that Mr. Washington gave John permission to punch Ricky in the stomach while he held Ricky down. Ms. Henry Knew that this situation was escalating and she needed to get the testimonies of other students who witness the attack. Every student interviewed stated the same story Ricky said. Ms. Henry was shocked that Mr. Washington would ever do something this
