Mission To emerge as the dominant cosmetics and personal care firm through the twenty-first century by appealing to young/trendy women, health-conscious women (skin care), and older women with its variety of brands

Vision To be wellknown and accepted as the high value provider by constant innovative and improvements products to keep pace with the changes in consumer lives.

Mission To earn customers ' trust by constant improving and innovating in producing the products which is safe and beneficial to be used by all level and ethnicity of consumers which will improve the quality of life of our consumers for now and in the future to come. As a result, consumers will in return give us an opportunity to earn more profit so that we can continue giving better rewards to our people, community and shareholders for us to have better and prosperous lives.
