Accomplishments are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things or person brought together.
First of all, we would like to thank our Almighty God for the endless wisdom, infinite support and divine assistance He has blessed upon all of us. Indeed, what we are is His gift to us, and what we will become is our own gift to Him. We would also like to give thanks to the following persons for their invaluable support and unending encouragement: To our dean Dr. Cadena for the therapeutic relationship she has established to us, for always encouraging us on aiming for the best using our own skills and capabilities. To Dr. Sheila Trajera and Prof Roger Marapo for their patience in answering our queries and for their expertise that gave direction to this study. The Graduate School Librarian, for the many literature sources you helped find for us. To the Bacolod Our Lady of Mercy Specialty Hospital management, for the approval of conducting our study, we surely appreciate every help given. To our respondents, for participating and answering our questionnaire sincerely. To our family, who encouraged us, never gave up supporting and believing us, for the holistic support all throughout our endeavours. For the understanding and unconditional love they have shown and provided us in every means possible. To you all, our sincere thanks and love, and wish you all strength in your endeavors – may people be as caring and helpful to you as you have been to us.
