Communicates/responds to queries for any payroll delivery questions/changes. • Responsible for Document Management. Develop and keep current complete process documentation including flow charts with key control points, process narratives and desk procedures. • Provides the client with support and data for any internal and external audits. Ensures compliance to the client’s existing standards and SOX.
