Restorative Justice Case
Research aims to understand restorative efforts on promiscuity crimes against children is an effort to realize the manifestation of restorative justice as regulated in Law number 11 year 2012 about the system of children criminal justice.
Based on the results of research and the resulting, can be concluded that there are conformity about consideration judge dropped criminal prison and job training to the accused perpetrator of the criminal offence of child promiscuity against children with the provisions of the KUHAP and Law number 11 year 2012 about the system of children criminal justice and is an effort to realize the manifestation of restorative justice. The purpose of the punishment in the case of these children is a restorative justice
