My Evaluation of Boston Pizza

My Evaluation of Boston Pizza
Each time I return home after a stint of travel to other countries I always head out to one of my favorite restaurants, Boston Pizza. Boston Pizza has been around since the 1960’s and started out as a small one store location but has grown into one of western Canada’s most popular restaurants with over 150 locations in Canada with a few locations also spread out in the USA. There are many choices that can compare in some aspect to the feeling I get when I go to a Boston Pizza but the combination of cleanliness of the restaurant, a variety of choices on the menu and the service that makes me feel at home each time I walk through the door, Boston Pizza is always my first choice when I decide to go out for a bite to eat. Boston Pizza prides itself on keeping a clean restaurant. When I walked into the restaurant last week, it was a rather slow period and to keep busy the staff were dusting off the paintings on the wall but also attending to the customers as they needed anything. As I did a walk through I noticed certain things that stood out to me on each table that told me that the staff really cares about cleanliness. The table setting for each knife and fork was exactly the same on each table and not only that but the salt and pepper shakers were sitting in the exact same location to give the feeling of uniformity throughout the room. Almost like the symmetry of the room made it more welcoming. It wasn’t until after I was done my meal that I noticed how clean the bathrooms were and this is where it really stood out to me that cleanliness was important. The fragrance was a nice lavender smell when I walked in and where I usually see graffiti or other common public washroom art, there was nothing to be reported. The usual soap leaking from the hand dispenser was not to be seen and they included both options to dry my hands with paper or electric hand dyer. As you

Since opening in a suburb of a major metropolitan area two years ago, Pablo’s Pepper Pizza has consistently had a huge line of customers waiting for a table. Pablo, the owner, attributes this to his strong belief that customers are entitled to high quality food at inexpensive prices. His brand promise is to consistently create a fun, family-oriented environment centered around great food that won’t break the budget. This idea is demonstrated at many different touchpoints with customers. Parents can enjoy the $5.00 all-you-can-eat pizza and salad buffet while watching the game on the television screen. Kids receive a complimentary activity book along with a packet of crayons and unlimited trips to the dessert bar stocked with fruit, pizza, and cookies. From time to time, Pablo even personally invites the children to watch the pizzas being made through a glass window. The employees seem to enjoy this as much as the children do, especially when the children smile as the pizza dough is tossed high into the air. It’s a good thing, too – a friendly attitude is stressed at weekly staff meetings. During this time, Pablo also reminds the cooks to keep a fresh supply of a variety of pizzas on the buffet line, and he instructs the bussers to quickly clear dirty plates from the tables. All this must be working because the place is still packer!…

The best central Newfoundland Pizza is Louis Gees Pizza located in Gander. Louis Gees combines Lebanese flavors with classic American pizza, also known as fusion cuisine. Keeping with American traditions, Louis Gees portion sizes are excessive and prices are low. Falafel and donair are some of the exciting types of pizza found on the menu. Louis Gees uses traditional Lebanese spices like cumin and coriander, non traditional in the sense of pizza. Without a doubt, the exotic flavors make Louis Gees pizza a local favorite and it comes with strong recommendations.…

29th Street Café is a small privately owned diner that is located near my home. It has been open for as long as I can remember. Their hours are a little odd for a restaurant; they are open from Tuesday to Sunday between afternoon and early the next morning, which is good for me because I am a night person due to working a 3rd shift job. The diner has a highway truck stop feeling to it, like a mom and pops style diner. Twice a month my wife and I meet a friend for breakfast at this diner. Since my first visit I have looked at several things to evaluate to keep me going back, some of these things include the service, food and cleanliness.…

Where else to begin? Toronto has some of the best restaurants in the world, and its multiculturalism lends itself to a wide variety of cuisines. If you're as committed to carbs as I am, you have to check out Terroni. This Italian restaurant has locations across the city, so you'll be able to access one wherever you're staying, but my personal favourite is the Adelaide site. It’s housed inside of an old court house and jail, and you can even see some of the cells in the washrooms downstairs! This restaurant may have a few quirks (like their refusal to make changes to the menu or serve pre-cut pizza), but the delicious food is definitely worth the slight annoyance. If you prefer pasta, I recommend the Spaghetti al Limone, a tangy lemon dish which is light but still slightly creamy and definitely filling enough for a full meal!…

First Impression: The Big Cheese Italian Restaurant lives up to its name. When you first drive up, the parking spaces are tight and the area is very crapped. But once you are seated and begin your dining experience you forget about all the things that are not ideal and enjoy the delicious meals that comes at the right time. For starters, the boys wanted Calamari ($9.95), 12- Wings ($9.95) and the adults had Caesar Salad-Full Order ($9.95). We knew immediately that we were in trouble with the amount of food that was placed on the table in front of us. The Calamari was fresh and not chewy according to the boys, it didn’t last long enough for the adults to taste. The Caesar Salad was absolutely phenomenal. The full size serving feed all three adults and the boys. The lettuce was nice and crisp, the hint of anchovy was just enough to have the essence hit the taste buds with just the right amount of bite. The cracked pepper gave it the right amount of spice and the dressing was sufficient to cover without drowning out the croutons. The addition of red onions to the salad enhanced the overall taste of the salad and we had a hard time stopping.…

When your about to eat in a restaurant and you see something that’s not clean it will make you feel uneasy and disgusted. Cheddar’s hours are from 11am- 10pm on weekdays, which makes them have the time to clean the place. Cheddar’s is the opposite of other restaurants who are open the whole day but still manage to leave their place dirty because they are low on waiters. Everyday, at Cheddar’s employees sweep and mop the floors before dinner time to make it look polished to costumer’s eyes. Also there are other employees that do other tasks like, polishing silverware, which gets rolled in clean…

Cleaning is important as its keeps the food safe and prevent bacteria from spreading. Staff should always make sure that they wash the worktop before the preparation of food begins and after preparing the food. The manger should always make sure that they’ve checked the worktop places carefully, and give the staff information on how to work the general hygiene regulation. Service users should always make sure that they wash their hands before putting food in their mouths, and this should be done with a soap and warm water, and then dry them thoroughly. Staff should always make sure that cuts and wounds should be covered with a waterproof dressing, which the plasters are often blue in colour so that they can be easily seen in…

First off, I would start with the overall appearance of the establishment. If a health Inspector was coming to review a fine dining establishment then it would throw off a lot of red flags if it didn’t look like a fine dining experience. I would have my employees clean both the interior and exterior. And all big items that may have any dust, spiderwebs, or etc.…

My most favorite of all time restaurants to dine at is The Cheesecake Factory. This restaurant is a famous corporate chain of restaurants that offers a widespread variety of all types of American dishes and of course specializes in the most amazing variety of the best tasting cheesecakes. I love the experience of dining at the Cheesecake factory because the atmosphere is so welcoming and the artwork on the ceilings make you feel very lavish, the food is great and the service is excellent. A particular visit last month proved to me that Cheesecake factory lives up to the expectations of its guests.…

The Olive Garden is my favorite Italian restaurant for many reasons. As soon as you walk in, you are almost overwhelmed by the hostess's hospitality. You are then warmed by the cozy atmosphere and pretty dangling lights that are streaming from wall to wall. After being seated, you are spoiled with as many servings of bread sticks and salad as you can eat. Their portions are much larger than Carrabba's and even cheaper. My favorite dish is their fettuccini alfredo. Every time that I go to The Olive Garden I get the same thing because I can't seem to make myself get something different in fear that I may not enjoy it as much.…
