Restaurant Review
Restaurant Review Last Monday I’ve been at a great Argentinian Style Steak House called “The Knife.” It is located at 602 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd. Hallandale, FL 33009. This is more than a traditional “All-you-can-eat” restaurant. The thing that sets it apart from the rest is the Argentinian-style cuts of meat, charcoal grilled in the traditional way. It allows each customer to unlimited choices of what he or she wishes to eat, and the choice of dessert with a beverage is also included in the fee. Adults may order unlimited amount of Argentinian wine that will not change the amount of the fee. The service was perfect. As soon as we walked in the manager met us at the door and called the waitress. She was very polite and friendly even if she did not speak English very well we understood each other. She guided us to our table that was beautifully served with a white cloth and clean dishes. The taste of the food was amazing. I ate so much that I could not wake up from the table for 20 or more minutes. They have a salad bar with different kinds of salads. I even found there my favorite Russian Salad “Olivie.” First of all I took a plate with appetizers like: Chicken-Stuffed Roll, Tongue Vinagrette, and of course Russian Salad. The aroma of these appetizers drove me crazy and the taste even more. After a little brake I went to get the meat. The choice was unlimited so I did not know what to choose. I asked the chef for his Signature Specialties and he offered me Stuffed Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon and Capresse Chicken. This mouth-watering dishes made me feel like I am in paradise. For the dessert I ordered a delicious cappuccino and a caramel cake with condensed milk, ice cream on the side and strawberries that had a delightful taste that completely blew off my mind. In this restaurant is nothing to complain about. I tried to find at least a small disadvantage but I could not

First off, the food has been amazing every time I have been there. This time I ate the chicken critters (tenders) with steak fries and green beans and it was very delicious. We didn’t wait maybe ten minutes from getting our appetizer and we already had our entrée. To me that is an excellent waiting time considering it was fresh food. Also the price is very understandable considering the amount of food I got. Overall I would rate the food a ten, it was amazing and always has been.…

When looking at the menu, sometimes I have trouble deciding on what to choose. The reason why is their menu consists of mainly comfort food like what we grew up with when our parents made us dinner as kids. When I think of food from a restaurant I think of a quick cooked meal that tastes nothing like what I think it should. The food here is more like home cooked meals. The portions are larger than what many other restaurants provide. Sometimes the food is not what we expect like being cold, undercooked, overcooked or just not…

We were invited to an Italian restaurant, by some friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The Sweet Basil is located in the more upscale part of town. So my expectations were high. Of course we had three criteria’s to meet, although most likely normal for most people. First food choices – quality and quantity (I have a big appetite). Second would be service – how fast we get a table, how well the waitress tends to our needs. Third would be the total cost per couple could not exceed $40 per couple. Very few expectations were met, let alone exceeded. Considering The Sweet Basil is trying to bill itself as a high end restaurant.…

My overall impression of the restaurant was actually very good. I thought the food was excellent, with huge plates of it. The waiter was nice, and it was funny how sometimes she made me have to respond in Spanish. The atmosphere was happy, with great tropical-like decorations covering the restaurant. It wasn’t crowded or noisy, with the…

Some restaurants, when the food is prepared right, are like heaven. In this case, heaven is Abe and Louie’s. With dim lighting and a neutral pallet, Abe and Louie’s is a very romantic and luxurious restaurant. Pictures frame the walls with stylish chandeliers filling the ceilings. At a busy time, which is holidays and most Saturday nights, this restaurant is pretty rambunctious, but not so noisy that voices around cannot be heard. While it is not that hectic, Abe and Louie’s is quite quiet and when going into the restaurant it gives off a peaceful sense. Abe and Louie’s has elegant and sophisticated look, and creates a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. The plush seats and smooth cream tablecloth makes it feel very more formal as a dinner begins. The top-notch, three-course meal from Abe and Louie’s is the New England clam chowder,…

The restaurant I picked was Noches de Colombia in Englewood, NJ. The reason I landed on this restaurant is because I know the manager there and it was easy for me to explain to him on what I was doing. The restaurant is by my hometown, so I figured I would visit my family, get good food and complete this assignment.…

Complaining that he couldn’t read because of the dim lighting (though I would’ve complained about the small seating area that was barely substantial enough to fit all of our meals with our large drinks), food being too expensive, and the bread did not tasting that good, our highly customer praised avocado egg roll appetizer was mediocre and only tasted good when dipped in the “green sauce” as he puts it. I ate the most of the appetizer, and I couldn’t necessarily agree with him about sauce as it made sweeter. He also split a dish between him and my older sister which although had flavor was not that good, I couldn’t give an opinion myself only because I was busy munching away at my dish. The Crispy Chicken Costoletta did not meet the expectations between the two of…

First Impression: The Big Cheese Italian Restaurant lives up to its name. When you first drive up, the parking spaces are tight and the area is very crapped. But once you are seated and begin your dining experience you forget about all the things that are not ideal and enjoy the delicious meals that comes at the right time. For starters, the boys wanted Calamari ($9.95), 12- Wings ($9.95) and the adults had Caesar Salad-Full Order ($9.95). We knew immediately that we were in trouble with the amount of food that was placed on the table in front of us. The Calamari was fresh and not chewy according to the boys, it didn’t last long enough for the adults to taste. The Caesar Salad was absolutely phenomenal. The full size serving feed all three adults and the boys. The lettuce was nice and crisp, the hint of anchovy was just enough to have the essence hit the taste buds with just the right amount of bite. The cracked pepper gave it the right amount of spice and the dressing was sufficient to cover without drowning out the croutons. The addition of red onions to the salad enhanced the overall taste of the salad and we had a hard time stopping.…

When my stomach is growling with hunger and my friends ask where I want to eat, without a moment‘s hesitation I reply, “Olive Garden!” My favorite restaurant to dine at is the Olive Garden. The Olive Garden restaurant is a well known corporate chain of restaurants that offers a wide variety of Italian dishes. It is a mid-priced, causal restaurant specializing in Italian food. I love the experience of dining at the Olive Garden because the atmosphere is welcoming, the Italian Entrees are scrumptious, and the service is excellent. A particular visit last month proved to me that Olive Garden lives up to the expectations of its guests.…

The Stanford Prison Experiment a good passage based on 22 people who participated in a selected from an initial pool of 75 people, who answered to a newspaper advertise asking for males to participate in a psychological study of 'prison life' in return for payment of $15 per day. Each person completed an questionnaire on his family background, physical and mental health history, prior experiences and attitudinal tendencies with respect to sources of psychopathology including their involvements in crime. Each person was also interviewed by one of two experimenters. The 24 people who were judged to be most stable physically and mentally, most mature, and least involved in antisocial behaviors were selected to participate in the study.Half the people were assigned to be the guard in the experiment and the other half was the prisoners. The people were normal, healthy, male college students who were in the Stanford area during the summer. They were largely of middle-class people with the exception of one person. All the people in the experiment were all strangers to each other. The analysis is based upon 10 prisoners and 11 guards in the experimental conditions. The prison was built in a 35-foot section of a basement in the psychology building at Stanford University. It was split by two fabric walls; that was fitted with the only entrance door to the cell block and the other had a small observation screen. Three small cells (6 x 9ft) were made from converted laboratory rooms by replacing the doors with steel barred, black painted…

On the matter of service, from when you are seated to when you request the bill, there are evidently mixed reviews. As mentioned, the restaurant is often very busy, and so some customers have complained that the waiters can sometimes seem hectic, ruining the atmosphere and resulting in slower service. Also, each table is designated only one waiter, and this may cause some confusion when a request is made to another waiter. However, most customers say that employees are friendly and…
