RESPECT
Respect plays a role in our everyday lives. When we go to school, there’s respect. When we go to a restaurant, there is respect. When you go to a family reunion, there is respect. You may not notice it, but that’s only because they are being respectful to you. If you are not respectful then you will be disrespected because you’re being rude to. So you should always be respectful to others so they will treat you the way you want to be treated.
If you are respectful to others then you can get good jobs because they’ll like you. The better the job is the better your life will be in the future, and trust me you want a good and happy future. Jobs will get you money for your great future. So always try to advance to a higher paying job. So respect can do lots of things that will help us with our future. So never stop caring!
Respect isn’t the only right thing to do, but is also the best way to make a lot of friends. You being respectful will help you from being depressed from loneliness. You should be honest, kind, nice, gentle, relaxed, and happy to make friends. The word respect is a word to summarize all of the things above and plenty more. Things like being quiet while someone is talking, or not bothering someone when they’re in a bad mood.
I see respect all of the time. For example, when someone uses the words please and thank you. If I ever saw someone trip in school, I would help them pick up their books. Because otherwise, I would feel bad watching them pick it up all by themselves. Also if I saw someone getting bullied I would stand up for them. This would show the victim respect and it would be the right thing to do.
Always treat others the way you would want to be treated. This way you will be respected by your friends and loved by your family. My definition of being respectful is being nice, generous, and helpful. Because all of those things can be things to do if you

From past experiences I have learned the real meaning of respect. This word is more powerful than one can imagine. With respect comes unselfishness. When people respect others, they are treated equally. My mother and father always told me to be tactful in the way I treated others, so I would also be respected. It has worked in the past and will always hold true in the future. If someone respects another with proper judgment, people feel good inside which gives them a sense of integrity. When I give respect and witness how it makes others feel, I feel like more of a person. I feel proud. Honored.…

A great example of treating people with respect is bullying. Bullying happens all the time at all times of the day. People bully people in school, on the internet, and even at home. Sometimes the bully has the motive to hurt people and break someone else down because they are hurting on the inside themselves. The way they express themselves is the wrong way to do it, but it happens. I remember in school, they always said that a bully becomes a bully when they, themselves had been bullied. It is a serious matter these days because people hurt themselves for being bullied. That goes back to my point where I said that it could impact someone life.…

What does respect mean to you? To me, respect means following the golden rule. It means treating others with kindness, love, generosity, and having polite manners. “Treat others as you would like to be treated.” That is the golden rule, is it not? Who wouldn’t want to be treated with kindness? Who wouldn’t want to be around someone with manners and cleanliness? Respect is being considerate to others and their feelings and beliefs. Respect isn’t just for others though, you need to respect yourself as well; take care of yourself and be presentable. If you would like to be treated with respect, you, first, need to learn to respect yourself and others. Once that is accomplished, others will learn to respect you.…

    The Importance Of Respect

Why can’t respect be seen as treat others in the way they should be treated and not just based upon the way the other person treat them? This is why patience is a virtue when it comes to respect. People often lose tempers when they feel disrespected because even though their definition is different, everyone feels they deserve it even if their means of giving it are not always right. Giving respect to a person gives them a sense of self-worth and it makes them feel like they are of value to someone or something. Respect gives people a sense of purpose in the lives of others and the line between the opposite should not be so thin. It may be easier for people to understand respect if they first understand the true value of the term and why it is so important. Point is no one likes to be disrespected and from this point of view makes it the easiest position for people to understand why it is important. Everyone at one time or another in their lives have been guilty of decreasing the level of respect for people they either don’t know, feel that they are less important, or people that don’t meet their standard for…
