Abstract
Automobiles have become an indispensable part of our lives, similar to the economic needs of human-being needs are increasing faster, cheaper and more convenient. Due to the improvement of technology. The Indian automotive component industry is growing with around 500 company competitors which having more than 85% of the production.
Hyundai Motor Limited, along with its dealers and suppliers. The "Growing Together" is the motto of the company and are working together to create long-term business growth.
The objective is to study and understand the key service parameters of Consumer Behaviour and Satisfaction on Hyundai Motors and their services offering and theirs performing areas.

• To study about the customer satisfaction on the services provided by the dealers.
• To study the opinion of the customers regarding the availability and cost of spare parts.
• To study the opinion of the owners of cars regarding its features like mileage, price etc.
• To study the effect of advertisement on the customers to promote the product.
• To study the customer satisfaction with usage of their cars.
• To study the information resources that the customer using before purchasing the car.
