INTRODUCTION
As an individual, we play an important role in setting a good example for encouraging people into good dietary habits. To stay fit and healthy, teach them to choose healthy food and be active from an early age. Adopting a healthy lifestyle helps us all to feel fitter, look better and concentrate better in everything we do.
The topic that I have chosen is regarding the “Tomato Juice”, I feel the need to impart to everyone that one of the foods we need to eat and drink is just within our reach.
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
A healthy life requires proper nutrition as well as regular exercise. Both are key in the prevention of disease and also help improve overall mental and physical health.     A good way to stay healthy is through exercise and a good diet Practicing these two prevents many types of health concerns like heart attack, diabetes, osteoporosis, gastric problems, and vitamin deficiencies’. Ways to solve this could be to include oranges, cabbage, or tomatoes in somebody’s diet. Another one was beriberi which is a deficiency of thiamine (vitamin B1) that affects many systems of the body, including the muscles, heart, nerves, and digestive system. A possible solution to this ailment would be brown rice or whole grain breads. Today these vitamin deficiencies are unheard of thanks to proper diets. However, some health issues cannot always be answered with a healthy diet, a healthy diet and proper exercise improves health and may even lower health care costs because a healthy diet provides important nutrients that are imperative to body function and also exercise helps muscle tone and physical performance.
