Strategic Planning Research
The strategic plan research for Cybersmart Systems will review the direction of the organizations future. This will review the goals, resources needed for a successful future and the consumers who will use these types of systems. This plan will provide direction for management future goals. This research plan will communicate to the stakeholders involved and will provide a benchmark for the progress of Cybersmart Systems.
The paper will provide an overview of Cybersmart Systems mission, vision, and value statements. The value statements will validate the strategic plan and what information or sources will be used to perform external and internal environmental analysis.
Validation of the Mission, Vision, and Value Statements
Goals-based planning focuses on the mission, vision, and value statements for Cybersmart Systems. The objectives decided upon will work toward Cybersmart mission and strategies, the necessities to achieve the goals, and actions plans required to achieve the goals decided by management.
Cybersmart Systems mission statement is “leading custom integrator of best of breed technology solutions for your home, office or Homeowners Association. Our solutions focus on quality, reliability, functionality and ease of use with a relatively low cost of ownership.” Developing the strategic plan will involve the owner and sole proprietor including security technicians to be interviewed to collect qualitative information and opinions from each to provide a foundation of the information to be gathered. They will be asked to provide information on what concerns should be reviewed and what concerns they want to resolve for future projects and the expectation of the strategic plan.
