Shafira Subedi is friendly, charismatic, caring and is always working towards a purpose. If she is in the guidance office, she is asking insightful questions, in the classroom she is fully engaged in the curriculum, eager to learn and on the soccer field she is utilizing her leadership skills as their team captain. Shafira is a strong, versatile, intelligent young lady who is well received by both peers and staff alike. As a school staff member, you wish that you had 500 students just like her.

Ever since I have known Shafira, she has talked about pursuing a career in medicine. Therefore, in the beginning of this school year, when she was not placed in AP Biology due to a programming mistake, she was devastated. Instead of pointing the blame
