The Haitian gourde is the currency used in Haiti. The current exchange rate is $1 (U.S.) for 67.80 gourdes, or $0.015 for every 1 gourde.

Banknotes most commonly come in 10, 25, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 gourdes. Coins most commonly come in 5, 10, 20, and 50 centimes.

I can exchange my money in the airport and at most banks around Port-au-Prince.
