Rotten Tomatoes says the movie “Finding Dory” is “Funny, poignant, and thought-provoking, Finding Dory delivers a beautifully animated adventure that adds another entertaining chapter to its predecessor's classic story.” “Finding Dory” is a fantastic movie that people of all types would love. The movie is about a blue fish that goes on adventure with her clown fish, friends Marlin and his son Nemo to find Dories parents. The movie starts with Dory helping Mr. Ray’s class learn about migration. The conversation always led back to Dories missing family. The kids asked things like where she was from and where her parents were but she just could not remember. She convinces marlin to help her find her parents so they crossed the ocean on the backs

He helped them to the tank of fish like Dory but he could only get Dory out. Someone caught Hank and she dropped Dory. The water moved her out of the building and she ended up in the ocean by herself. She was really sad because she thought her parents were gone. She started to look around and swam towards the sand at the bottom. When she got down there she saw a row of shells and followed them just like how her parents had taught her. The shells led to a little home with hundreds of other shells in different rows leading to the house. Dory saw two figures in the distance and when they saw her they ran to her. It was her parents finally. Dory was so happy to have found her parents. But she realized she lost Marlin and Nemo. They were still on the truck to go to Cleveland so she called Destiny to help. Bailey, another wale, located them through his echolocation power. Hank and Dory toke over the truck and made their way back to the ocean where Dories family was. They drive the truck off a cliff into the water. The movie ended with everyone, even Hank, back in their coral reef and Dory remembering everything much better. The theme of “Finding Dory” is to never give up. There were many times when they were faced with situations where it would have been easier to just give up and go back home but they never did.
