Eczema is both an bacteria and fungus. When you obtain eczema the symptoms are that the skin becomes itchy, red, and sore. I do believe that this bacteria can become out of hand if not treated. Eczema can become an endemic, but not an pandemic or epidemic. This is because eczema is a disease that can occur on the skin of people who live in certain areas.
