The Ayuryogashram Ayurvedic Centre is a great place for Ayurveda and Yoga in Thrissure, Kerala State of India. It is vastly located in 2.5 acres of land area having a centrally placed traditional mansion with unique Kerala architecture. It provides various Ayurvedic treatments and packages for its wellness visitors. Its customers are from abroad and from various parts of India. The foreign nationals come here for health tour mainly. The other who come here are also for rejuvenation. It has got good ambience and its staffs are well expertise in this tradition of Ayurveda in their mother land. This is done with pouring herbal medicine in lukewarm condition around the lower spinal cord areas. Here a round shaped blockade is built on the skin area with an herbal paste. This specially made herbal oil in lukewarm condition will be poured inside the boundary and the person is left to lie down for 1 hour. This Kadi Vasti is known to cure spinal disorders.
Udwarthanam: This is an herbal power massage applied to a person who wishes to reduce body fats. This Udwarthanam is done on the entire body by placed on a sleeping position in the massage table for a 45 minutes time. This has to be taken for a week or 28 days for getting better results.
Medicated Steam Bath: It is an herbal Spa bath for the overall wellness of outer skin. This is a complete herbal steam bath taken after a full body massage. Here the steam of herbal properties is passed in a cavity where the patient is kept. Here the overall Abyangam and Ayurveda are applied to get a mental and physical health of a person. The course of time is for 28 days and the treatments are applied for a 45 minutes to a 2 hour time.
