Research Paper On Ankle Brace
The ankle brace’s purpose is to keep the ankle from rolling out of the shoe and rolling your ankle. This would be unfortunate during the middle of a basketball game when your star player rolls or breaks his or her ankle. The braces are attached inside the shoe, you don’t have to buy the items separately. Most ankle braces don’t let your ankle move that freely. However, these ankle braces can let your ankle still move enough to not let them get hurt. The brace is Velcro adjustable and also slip on. You can position it onto your foot and adjust it to your foot.

The construction of the shoe both inside and out has the wellbeing of the athlete in mind. The built-in inserts have a purpose to protect the user’s foot. Inserts also help if you are
