Strength
• The strength of our product comes from the nutrient content that they can get from it. We surely use an ingredient available in the market to have a good quality product.
• We have highly trained, skilful, knowledgeable and customer oriented employee that will give their best service in every customer.
Weaknesses
• Since we are starting our own business, we are not aware in when it comes in competition in the market
• We are not yet known by the consumer unlike others.
Opportunity
• In food industry, opportunities will come because of the obesity issue more consumer will be conscious into their health.
• Every customer in the market is looking for a new quality of a product with a very affordable price.
Threat
