The Advisory Members of Pacific Chamber of Commerce

On Friday, January 17 , 2014 at 6:00pm at Icon Professional Building, 216, Norodom Blvd,
Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, there is a meeting on assigning the Advisory Members of Pacific Chamber of Commerce. ‐ Participants present to the meeting:
 Mr. Yakup Aktoprak, Secretary General of Pacific Chamber of Commerce
 Mr. Sothearath Cheng, Businessman
 Mr. Soklong Sreng, Businessman
 Mr. Visal Keo, Businessman
 Mr. Sorith Chan Cheang, Businessman
 Mr. Chan Sothea Sin, Businessman
 Mr. Virak Chham Chha from Pacific Chamber of Commerce The Pacific Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia and the membership candidates who would like to be official members of cooperatively help enhance the association of the Pacific
Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia to engage and involve in various activities with the Royal
Government whose names are listed below. First of all, Mr Yakup Aktoprak Secretary General has briefly described about the important activities and achievement that the Pacific Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia have done and accomplished and the importance of the establishment of this Pacific Chamber of
Commerce in Cambodia, especially the Pacific Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia is able to have direct communication with relevant entities to find technical and financial supports in expanding the operation and business to the members. Under expectation on the term and condition of the establishment, after the long discussion, the meeting decided to select 5 participant members who have satisfactory knowledge laws to be the Advisory to the Pacific Chamber of Commerce. ‐ Hereby is the result of the selection of advisory members:

    The age of nonpolarity. At first the United States is dominating the other nations in the world. Next to United States the different nations that have major power are China, European Union, India, Japan and Russia. In addition among the nation that have regional powers : Brazil, Arguably, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Venezuela in Latin America, Nigeria, and South Africa in Africa, Egypt ,Iran, Israel and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East: Pakistan in South Asia, Australia, Indonesia and South Korea in East Asia and Oceania. The nations that have global organization international monetary fund: United Nations, World Bank. Those that are regional the African Union, the Arab League, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations the EU, the organization of American State, the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. Other entities deserving inclusion would be global media outlets, political parties, religious institutions and movement, terrorist organizations, drug cartel and NGOS of a more benign sort. The rise of sovereign wealth funds in countries such as China, Kuwait, Russia, Saudi Arabia. These governments controlled the pools of wealth mostly the result of oil and gas exports now some three trillion dollars.
