According to some estimates, there are roughly 4,200 religions in the world. Religions are intended to give meaning to life or to explain the origin of life or the Universe. George Bernard Shaw once wrote that there is only one religion, though there are one hundred versions of it. From our point of view, we strongly agree with what George Bernard Shaw said. There is only one religion because all the religions believe the existence of one power which is beyond nature and human being to rule the world.

First of all, all the gods from every vision of religions have the ability to guide the believers become a better person. In many religions, gods can help people to go through the difficult situation, and give them the spiritual prop to rely on. All of the religions advocate a common belief that people should show kindness and avoid immoral. Their gods have the power to avoiding violence, which means people should treat each other honestly and friendly. For example, Buddhist often donates money or other things to people who need help. Based on the action, we can find out that believers bring the guidance from their Gods into their lives. We can discover that religions have a common point which is to guide people develop their goodness.

Secondly, almost every version of religions has the same idea of karma from their Gods. Gods create karma to guide people. Karma is the effects of a person's actions that determine his destiny in his next incarnation, which means that people’s actions in this life would affect all their future lives. Also, in this life, gods determine people’s future fate by what they have done. Simply, doing good will cause good fortunes to return, and doing bad will lead to punishment. For example, in Christianism, god tells people if they keep a pure heart and do good things, they will enjoy happiness, or enter the heaven after death.
