Regus’ physical network grows and so does its lead over other workspace alternatives. In order to make the products and services available to the customers, Regus keeps on increasing the number of its office locations. For Regus, a rigorous planning process with selective distribution is important to minimize the risks inherent in rapid growth. Yet, with such careful planning the year of 2015 entails whilst Regus can increase effectiveness it can also increase its operational efficiency at an adequate speed. Since all the business activities take place in a set of contexts (Pride, Hughes, Kapoor, Needle, Kelly and Williams), presenting the analysis of the customer service impact on Regus’ innovation might be vital to understand the process of innovation as a whole.
Customer service in Regus is performed in various ways, one of them being the online website. The online customer service that is provided by Regus, enables the company to get feedback from the customers. Regus developed an online survey which can be conducted regardless the individual’s geographical location. This lets customers report an idea or a problem, to ask a question and to express the wish of making renovation. Data is then being gathered and Regus uses the customer’s feedback to improve and innovate (Regus, 2016).

Analysing the financial aspects of Regus is at the utmost importance in order to understand its current position on the market and investment strategy. Regus has faced financial difficulties and had to make some major decisions in its past to ensure financial viability.
