Reflective Essay: Health And Stress Management And Personal Life
The wheel said that time management, relationships is the highest Health and stress management, self –knowledge and study skills is the second highest, study skills and personal life skills are the third highest and career is the fourth highest. I rate myself base on the things I have achieve in life. I gave time management a nine because I am a very organize and multi task person and I mange my time very well. I often make time to do all what I need to do and have enough time to do everything that I want to. I rate Relationships a nine because my relationships with my friends and family are very important to me and I cherish it very much. I rate health and stress management an eight because I am health I try my best to maintain a healthy diet. …show more content…
I give my finances an seven because I have a fulltime job ,I am very good at saving , I watch how I use my money ,and I spend it on things I need. I only give myself a treat once in a while by going shopping but I watch the prices closely. I gave my personal life a seven although I have accomplish a few things in life but not what all what I needed. I gave my career a six because I am still working on my career and have not fully accomplished what I want yet. I was harsh on myself and the same time very honest. My peer will give me a different rating; they would rate me higher than I rate myself. For time management, Relationships and personal life skills they would gave me a ten. For Self-Knowledge, Study Skills they would give me a nine. For Finances they would have given me an eight and career they would give a seven. The way I plan on approaching my materials in this course is by Reading the syllabus, reads my notes more often, take part in asking question on discussion boards, and make a studying schedule revise schedule as needed, take short breaks between
