Reflective Approach To Solving Nursing Shortage

I enjoyed reading your post and found it extremely interesting. I have also found it interesting how many different opinions were posted. I believe you made some really good points. However, I had a different opinion than you, I thought that the research approach was applied, as it was attempting to solve the nursing shortage issue by finding why some nurses persevere through completion through the nursing programs and other do not succeed as well. I believe the thought was if they were to find a clear connection, it would be applied to nursing programs to increase success due to the dire need of nurses now and also in the future. I agreed with your post about it being quantitative, as we as descriptive correlational.
