Being a receptionist for 5 years I'm the front line pressure receivers, day by day is a learning experience from different circumstances and all type of people. Sometimes people see me by my place and got bit disregarded in terms of criticisms, but these help me to deepen my sense of service, that, even under pressure, I ensured they will treat me with as much respect and kindness as is humanly possible.
