The hardest obstacles that I had to overcome in AAA 109 were time management and academic skills. Annotating chapters, video clips, and success essay assignments were the most challenging academic skills to master because I work a full time job at the FedEx ramp which is located at the airport and making time to do homework. But, the one that was interesting the most was about Ethnicity/Inclusion/Marginalization. Ethnicity is the type of race an individual which may include the following: White, black, Latino, and Mexican. Marginalization is preventing an individual or individuals to move up in life, such as getting promoted to the next rank in the military or becoming a manager at a job due to their race or abilities. Inclusion is the involvement of being in a group.
