Reflection On The Mission Of Lima Central Church
I live out the mission of Lima Central Catholic in many ways in my life. The first way I live out the mission of LCC is through leadership. I lead by example, in the classroom and outside the classroom. This includes literal leadership such as helping younger scouts in my Boy Scout Troop, and figurative leadership such as being an example to my classmates, or helping other classmates study material that they are struggling with. I also lead by doing my best to a good citizen in my community. These are a few ways that I show leadership. The next part of the mission of LCC is to serve. I firmly believe that service is one of the key foundations of LCC and is part of the reason why LCC is successful as it is. I help support this foundation

Pope John Paul II constantly reminded his followers that it’s the people that matter more than results. If people know that they are loved than they will follow and results will come, not the other way around. They will follow because of love and respect rather than fear. My approach to leadership, when it is given to me, is to love each person in front of me as much as I possibly can. When I say love, I mean the type of love that Pope John Paul II showed when he forgave the man that tried to kill him. In loving that way, my hope is that others will encounter Christ, be it in checking up on people when I can tell they upset, or affirming them when I notice the good that they do. As John Paul II has shown me through the example of his life, leadership should never be about results, but about people. People that through my guidance may one day become the saints that they are meant to…

By doing those things it can impact the chapter and its members. All would be for the best of the chapter. To me service means putting your time aside to help the needs of others. Sometimes it isn’t even their needs, it is just to help them and make them a happier person. One of the service projects that I enjoyed was going to the nursing home and playing bingo.…

My perspectives of life and morality will allow me to contribute to Liberty University’s missions in a number of ways. I see my purpose in life as merely a chance to change lives and to obey the calling that God places on my heart. I believe it is my jobs as a child of God to be the hands and feet of Christ no matter where that takes me. As a pastor’s daughter, I have been taught the perspectives of life and morality and how they reflect the way I live my life. I keep my perceptions of life and morality positive so I am assured my light for Christ is never mistaken or never overlooked. These perspectives will allow me to contribute a lot towards Liberty University’s missions and will allow God to use me for the advantage of His glory.…
