Reflection On Slur-Legato Etude
For my performance task #2 piece Slur-Legato Etude, I think I am slowly improving because I did better on my second performance task than my first; I got better airflow than my pervious performance and started playing more notes correctly. I found I needed to practice the music piece more because I could not keep up with the fast tempo and rhythm. During practice at home, I would keep playing any notes I could not get at the first time. For example, at first I could not play high notes well; I was squeaking a lot, but eventually I practiced playing a lot of the high notes and got it to the pitch they needed to be. I found this performance task somewhat easier than the last because it’s all slurs and is easier
