Reflection On Assisted Living

During the summer I had the chance to work at an assisted living and work with older adults. While working there I learned so much about older adults they have so much personality. Sometimes they go back into their child state of mind. Which I found it to be very interesting. While they were in that state of mind I learned you have to go with the flow and play along. How I feel about older adults? I love them they have so much knowledge and are so sweet. I love to listen to them share stories of when they were kids, what life was like for them. They had such strength, they endured a lot more hardships back in their day. I think they're no more or less people than any other group of people. I treat them just like anyone else, with kindness if they're cool, and leave them be if they're mean. My interest in taking this course were getting to know more about
