Hi, Charylina! I loved your presentation on limiting soda intake. I know personally how hard it is to give up soda, but the benefits of limiting soda intake are well worth the sacrifice. As you stated in your research, soda consumption can lead to health risks later on, such as live disease and stroke. Your approach to reducing your soda intake was excellent. By removing the antecedent, soda, from your home it appears that you were able to greatly reduce your soda intake. Also, having encouragement from those we love always helps us to reach our goals.
